Hon. Temba P. Mliswa is the Independent Member of Parliament (MP) for Norton Constituency. He was the former ZANU PF Member of Parliament for Hurungwe West Constituency before running in the same as an Independent Candidate. Whilst in ZANU PF, he was the Provincial Chairperson for Mashonaland West and Member of the Central Committee.

Hon. Temba P. Mliswa served as the Chairperson of the Sport, Arts and Culture Parliamentary Portfolio Committee as well as that on Mines and Energy and that of Mines and Mining Development. Hon. Mliswa is also the Founder and Commander-in-Chief of Youth Advocacy for Reform and Democracy (YARD).
